RECRUITER
Position description
Your responsibilities as a Recruiter:
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms), via networking
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers and teams’ members to identify future hiring needs
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Experience in working with multicultural teams
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, both English and Polish
- Willingness to work in Warsaw-based office
Nice to have:
- Knowledge about gaming industry
- Russian language skills
- Positive attitude:)
