Opis stanowiska

As a lead developer and project manager you’ll be responsible for heading development of our IT projects and reporting to the chief technology officer directly. Your main initial responsibility will be the game project described above.


  • Proven project management skills as well as lead development capabilities. Strong ability to create and work with design docs, translate ideas into proper features, monitor progress, conduct code review, etc.
  • Demonstrable 3+ year commercial experience leading/managing PC/console games made in Unity Experience with industry-standard tools and how to apply development methodologies to them (JIRA, SCRUM, etc.)
  • Deep and all round knowledge of Unity: code architecture, design patterns, rendering pipelines, shaders, Unity UI, session management, physics, memory, profiling, lighting system, etc.
  • You know C# like the back of your hand, including game design patterns with a clean and self-documenting coding style (SOLID, KISS)
  • Broader IT knowledge and experience
  • Very good English and communication skills
  • High motivation, self-directedness, ability to work towards deadlines, focus on results

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience working on a tycoon/management game and/or online games
  • Experience with AI systems, specifically also Unity MLAgents
  • DevOps skills, web dev skill, python skills
  • Experience with Cloud Computing Services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

  • Salary (15 000 – 18 000 gross PLN/month) proportionate to your skills and experience
